Terms of Service

FloorQuote.net ("FloorQuote", "we") provides software for flooring contractors to create estimates, store job photos, and publish a simple business website. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and password, and for the content you upload. Don't share your login. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial of the Site plan. No credit card is required to start. If you don't subscribe, your account drops to the Free plan and your public page stops being published — your data is kept, not deleted.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are Free ($0), Pro ($9.99/mo), Studio ($19.99/mo) and Site ($29.99/mo), billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancelling & refunds

• You can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• We don't automatically prorate partial months.
• If something went wrong — you were charged by mistake, or the product didn't work — email support@floorquote.net within 30 days and we'll make it right.
• If payment fails, your public page is temporarily unpublished until payment succeeds. Your data stays put and comes back when you pay.

Your content

Your photos, business info and customer details belong to you. We only use them to run the service — to publish the pages you ask us to publish and to show you your own data. We don't sell your data. You can delete your content at any time.

Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don't post anything unlawful, misleading, or offensive. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

The service

We work hard to keep FloorQuote running, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. Estimates you create are your own — you're responsible for your pricing, measurements and the work you sell. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms or our pricing. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
