This explains what FloorQuote.net collects and why. Short version: we collect what's needed to run the service, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Your account: business name, your name, email, phone, and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Your business content: the tagline, bio, photos and job details you enter to build your page.
• Leads: the name, phone and message a homeowner submits through your contact form. These are shown to you — they're your leads.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run your account, publish the pages you ask us to publish, show you your leads, process your subscription, and contact you about your account. That's it.

What's public

Anything you choose to publish — your business name, tagline, bio, and the job photos you toggle on — is public on your page. Customer details on your quotes are never published; they stay private to your account.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run FloorQuote: Cloudflare (hosting, database, photo storage) and Stripe (payments). We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your control

You can edit or delete your content anytime in the app. Want your whole account and data deleted? Email support@floorquote.net and we'll take care of it.
